On-Site Consulting

When we work with your practice on-site, we look at all aspects of your facility from a non-biased prospective. We make recommendations for your internal and external image, staff issues, patient/customer service and revenue management.

We also guide you and your staff through a SWOT Analysis, which measures your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
